Let me introduced to you one of my favorite food is Fiddlehead Fern Salad or also known as Pako Salad in Mila's Restaurant here in Angeles City, Pampanga.  This vegetable which has scientific name of athyrium esculentum is usually eaten as a salad like Filipino fruit salad or a side dish to a main viand. One of the famous food.
